Sycon Constructions is the group lead company based in Bengaluru, focused on property development. Together with its construction arm, Sycon Infra, the company carries out end to end development of properties.
Sycon has built and promoted in Bangalore more than 25 residential, commercial and institutional buildings. The construction arm has built, and continues to build many landmark buildings for select clients.
The promoters’ experience spans local, national and international geographies in property development, software and aviation.

Kumar Nadig is one of the principal promoters, an architect and a product designer, studied at IIT Powai, Bombay and later at the Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan, USA. Having worked with Philips International in Holland and Bombay, he returned to Bangalore in 1990 and successfully owned and managed Leubin Constructions from 1990–1999. Between 1999 and 2003, Kumar lived in Canada, gaining expertise in IT enabled project management techniques and obtaining MBA degree in Marketing and Strategic planning at the University of Toronto. Upon returning to Bangalore in 2003, Kumar and Anil Bagalwadi started Sycon Constructions. Kumar also serves on the Board of Red Rooster Performance and Preflight Aviation.
Anil Bagalwadi is also a principal promoter of Sycon, a graduate in Commerce and a multifaceted businessman with over 20 years experience in managing operations. He has successfully owned and managed diverse businesses in the building industry. An entrepreneur at heart, he has independently developed budget housing and has completed many multi-dwelling projects under the brand Arnav Developers. An avid Aviation enthusiast, Anil took up to flying as a hobby, which turned into a successful business of manufacturing two place Microlight aircrafts for the Ministry of Defence. Anil brings valuable operations and people handling skills to Sycon. He is responsible for operational and commercial activities of Sycon.
